Space Recruiter
The Opportunity
You know how to recruit. But do you really know Space?
Finding an engineer is one thing.
Finding someone who understands spacecraft integration, propulsion, avionics, GNC, RF, flight software or satellite operations — and knowing whether they're actually good — is something entirely different.
Ian Stammers Talent Advisory has partnered with EVONA, who work exclusively across the global space ecosystem, supporting companies as they design, build, launch and operate the technologies shaping the future of space.
We're building a global bench of experienced Contract Space Recruiters who can join us when clients need additional support.
Not generalist recruiters who would like to get into space.
Recruiters who already know it.
